Connecting sites linking Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) for security, process control, traffic surveillance, broadcast television or video-conferencing all require video analogue transmission.
As an alternative to lease lines, wireless systems can offer significant primary link cost savings or provide resilient disaster recovery communication.

- ML3100:- Multiple channel (up to 19) real-time video + data and audio link at 31GHz for applications up to 10km. NTSC/PAL.
- Cablefree:- High quality professional optical links for single and multiple video channel links with data + audio for short range applications.
- Videowave Licience Free Radio:- For low cost single channel video transmission over a single frequency licience free radio.
Solutions are available using PSTN, ISDN, ADSL, GSM (mobile telephone) and video over and IP Ethernet.
Wireless transmission systems can be used either as a primary or temporary link or as a back up to an existing link. All wireless transmission requires absolute line-of-sight, free from obstruction such as building, trees, etc.
In most territories including the UK, licences are required to operate microwave transmission equipment. Indeed, national regulations may exclude various equipment or the use of certain frequencies.
